Steve is the Founder of Clubwell. Having spent the last 10 years pursuing the truth around health, he has culminated his knowledge and network to launch Clubwell. Steve stands as a maverick of insulin resistance awareness, whch is the #1 root cause of type 2 diabetes, Alzheimer’s, heart disease, certain cancers, obesity & more. He and the team are championing a rebellion against fake foods and corporations that prioritise profit over individual and planetary health.

Metabolic Sugar Tolerance (MST) Score

Your Metabolic Sugar Tolerance is the key to understanding how your body reacts to sugar. There are 5 key metabolic markers that multiple medical bodies have agreed make for a clear picture of your inner metabolic health:

  • Blood Pressure
  • Fasted Blood Glucose
  • Waist-to-Height Ratio
  • HDL Cholesterol
  • Triglycerides

At Clubwell, we have adopted an algorithm to convert these 5 measures into a single score, tailored to each person. By taking these 5 measurements and entering them in the Clubwell app, you will be able to see your score and track how it changes as you make dietary and lifestyle adjustments.

For further detail on how this score is calculated and how to interpret your score, head to the MST Page.

To get the necessary readings for the MST score, you need to use devices capable of measuring Blood Glucose, Blood Lipids and Blood Pressure, as well as obtaining a height and waist measurement. We partner with Health Results to provide affordable, accurate and reliable devices for these metrics, but if you have existing monitors, these readings can be entered manually into the Clubwell app.

The Clubwell App

Yes! Every feature in the Clubwell app is completely free to use. No hidden fees, subscriptions, or locked content. We believe everybody should have access to honest information and effective tools for looking after their health.

You can access thousands of healthy recipes, explore an extensive food database with detailed nutritional breakdowns, track your meals and lifestyle, connect smart health devices, engage with vibrant communities, and monitor your progress — all in one place.

Our food database includes comprehensive details on both macro and micronutrients, helping you make informed choices and improve your overall health.

Absolutely. You can edit existing meals or create your own from scratch, and still get macro- and micro-nutrient breakdowns, as well as rough costing, for everything!

Yes. The app connects with Clubwell's Biometric Bluetooth Scales to automatically sync your key body composition metrics, such as body weight, fat %, and BMR — helping you stay on top of your progress. Additionally, you can input your metabolic measures to receive a tailored MST Score, and track your inner health's progress over time.

Yes, the app allows you to log meals and lifestyle behaviours to provide you with a personalised carbohydrate intake score and clear daily insights.

Orders & Subscription Management

If you’ve already placed an order, your Clubwell account has been automatically created. Just log in using the email you used at checkout by clicking here.

Enter your email and select “Get login code.” You’ll receive a 6-digit code by email or SMS — enter that code, and you’ll be taken straight to your account where you can view your order history and details.

(If you don’t see the code in your inbox, be sure to check your spam or junk folder.)

For quicker checkouts in the future, you can also use your Shop Pay or Google Pay account. And if you run into any issues, our support team is ready to help!

Most of our products are available for subscription — taking the hassle out of ordering, ensuring you always have a regular supply, and saving you money! On each qualifying product's page, simply select 'Subscribe & Save', choose your frequency, and then 'add to basket'.

When you finalise your order, an automatic set-up will occur and your product will be delivered as per your selected frequency.

Need to make changes to your Clubwell subscription? Simply log in to the Clubwell Subscription Portal using the email you used at checkout.

Once you're in, you can adjust your delivery dates, skip an order, pause your subscription, or cancel anytime. And if you need a hand, our friendly support team is just a message away.

Absolutely. We believe in giving you full control. You can cancel, pause, or make changes to your Clubwell subscription anytime through your subscription portal. Just head to "More" and select "Cancel" when you're ready. No commitments, no hassle — just flexible access to the products you need, when you need them. And if you ever need support, our team is here to help!

Delivery & Returns

We work closely with Royal Mail ensure that delivery is made quickly and securely to your door within 4-5 working days.

Delivery is free for all orders over £39.99.

Delivery is £2.99 for all orders £39.98 andunder.

At the moment, we only deliver within the UK. We're always exploring ways to expand, so stay tuned!

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need your order number / proof of purchase.

To return an item, just pack it carefully with your invoice/order confirmation and send it to the following address:
