Welcome to theClub!
We're so glad you're here. theClub is where wellness journeys come together - a supportive space where members encourage each other, share victories, and work towards healthier, happier, and longer lives. These guidelines help us keep our community safe, positive, and focused on what matters most: supporting each other.
theClub Community Values
Care for Each Other: Everyone's wellness journey is unique. What works for one person might not work for another, and that's absolutely fine! We're here to support, not judge. When we go together, we go further.
Celebrate Progress: Whether someone's just starting out or they've been at it for years, every step forward deserves recognition.
Keep It Positive: We believe in building people up, not tearing them down. A little encouragement goes a long way.
Stay Curious: Wellness isn't one-size-fits-all. We encourage asking questions, trying new approaches, and learning what works for your unique body and lifestyle. There's always something new to discover about ourselves.
Embrace the Journey: Progress isn't always linear. There will be ups and downs, setbacks and breakthroughs. We celebrate consistency over perfection and understand that sustainable wellness is built over time, not overnight.

We're committed to keeping theClub safe and welcoming, but we need your help. If you see content that violates these guidelines, please report it.
How to Report
- Use the Report button on any message that concerns you
- Email report@clubwell.com for urgent matters
- All reports are reviewed by our team within 24 hours
What We Review
A real person reviews every report within 24 hours before any action is taken. We look at context, intent, and the severity of the violation.
What Happens Next
First Violation (Minor): You'll receive a friendly warning and guidance on our guidelines. We understand that mistakes happen, especially for newer members.
Second Violation: You'll receive a formal warning and may be removed from specific groups.
Serious or Repeated Violations: This may result in being banned from all theClub community features. Serious violations include hate speech, harassment, sharing explicit content, promoting dangerous health practices, or impersonation.
We reserve the right to:
- Remove content that violates these guidelines
- Take immediate action on serious violations without prior warning
- Ban members who create an unsafe environment
- Make moderation decisions on a case-by-case basis
Our moderation decisions are final. If you believe a moderation decision was made in error, you can email appsupport@clubwell.com with your concerns. Please don't publicly dispute moderation actions — these conversations should remain private.
Misuse of Reporting
Repeatedly flagging content that doesn't violate our guidelines (because you disagree with someone or don't like them) is itself a violation and will result in warnings.
Important Disclaimers
User-Generated Content: Content posted by members represents their own views and experiences, not those of Clubwell. We don't verify, endorse, or approve member content. You're responsible for how you use information shared in theClub community.
