1. Plug the blood pressure cuff into the machine.
2. Wrap the cuff around either arm.
3. Press the START/STOP key to begin. Press the same button to pause and restart the test.
4. Your results will display after the cuff has completely deflated.

1. Make sure Bluetooth permissions are turned on and the Clubwell app is open.
2. Step onto and off the scales to turn them on.
3. Stand barefoot on the scales to start your measurements.
4. Your scales will automatically connect with the app and your readings will display on the screen.

3. Once the tests are done, remove the test strips to send your results to the app.
4. Read your results in the app and press Save.
5. Once all 5 metabolic measures have been completed, the app will display your MST Score in the Health Metrics section of the Progress tab.

For iPhone (App Store)

1. Open the App Store on your iPhone.
2. Tap the Search tab and type "Clubwell" into the search bar.
3. Tap Download next to the app with the Clubwell logo (or the cloud icon if you've downloaded it before).
4. Open the app and sign up or log in to get started.

For Android (Google Play)

1. Open the Google Play Store on your Android device.
2. Search for "Clubwell" and hit enter.
3. Tap on the Clubwell app, then tap Install.
4. Open the app and follow the prompts to set up your account.

3. Follow the steps to confirm and delete your account.

3. Enter the email address you used when placing an order, then press Continue.
4. You'll be sent a confirmation code by email.
5. Enter the code from your email.
6. From the top of the page, navigate to My Orders or My Subscriptions. On mobile, tap the three horizontal bars to find these options.
