How to use your Blood Glucose Monitor
Step 1: Wash your hands and dry thoroughly.
Step 2: Ensure the code displayed matches the test strip code. Insert the test strip into the port on the monitor, with the contact bars end first and facing upwards.
Step 3: A flashing blood symbol will appear. Prick finger and place blood sample on the strip.
Step 4: The monitor will count down and your resullt will be displayed.

How to use your Blood Lipid Monitor
Step 1: Wash your hands and dry thoroughly.
Step 2: Insert the strip completely into the strip channel in the same direction as the arrows printed on the strip.
Step 3: Prick your finger. Wipe away the first drop of blood. Collect 35μL of the second or third drop of blood using the pipette. Slowly add blood to the strip.
Step 4: Dashed lines will appear on the monitor to show the test is in progress and results will display on the screen in 2 minutes.

Step 1: Plug the Blood Pressure cuff into the machine.
Step 2: Wrap the cuff around either arm.
Step 3: Press the START/STOP key to start. Press the same button to pause and restart the test.
Step 4: Your results will display after the cuff has completely deflated.

How to use your Biometric Scales
Step 1: Ensure bluetooth permissions are turned on and you have the Clubwell App open.
Step 2: Simply step onto and off the scales to turn them on.
Step 3: Stand barefoot on the scales to start your measurements.
Step 4: Your scale will automatically connect with the app and your readings will display on the screen.

How to use your MST Monitor
Step 1: Ensure bluetooth permissions are turned on and you have the Clubwell App open.
Step 2: Turn on the machine and perform measurements as per the instructions in the monitor's guide.
Step 3: Once the tests are done, remove the test strips to send your results to the app.
Step 4: Read your results in the app and press Save.
Step 5: If all 5 metabolic measures have been completed, the app will display your MST Score in the Health Metrics section of the Progress tab.

2. Tap the Search tab and type “Clubwell” into the search bar.
3. Look for the app with the Clubwell logo and tap Download (or the cloud icon if you’ve downloaded it before).
4. Once installed, open the app and sign up or log in to get started.
For Android users (Google Play Store):
1. Open the Google Play Store on your Android device.
2. In the search bar, type “Clubwell” and hit enter.
3. Tap on the Clubwell app, then tap Install.
4. Once the download is complete, open the app and follow the prompts to set up your account.

How to delete my account
We're sorry to see you go, hopefully it's just temporary.
1. In the app, click the person icon in the top right of your screen.
2. Click 'Delete my account' at the bottom of that page.

How to change your password
1. In the app, click the person icon in the top right of your screen.
2. Scroll down to the bottom, and then click 'My Account Details'.
3. Click 'Change my password' at the top of the page.
4. Enter your current password. Enter your new password and for confirmation enter your new password again.
5. Once done, click 'Set new password'.

How to access orders and subscriptions
1. On the Clubwell website, scroll down to the bottom of the page to the footer.
2. Under 'support' click 'My Account'.
3. Enter the email address you have used when previously placing an order. Press continue.
4. You will then be sent a confirmation code to the email address.
5. Enter the code from your email.
6. At the top of that page you can then navigate to My Orders or My Subscriptions. If on mobile click the 3 horizontal bars and navigate to My Orders or My Subscriptions.
