Slimshotz contains a natural ingredient called Glucomannan, which is extracted from the root of the Konjac plant; sometimes referred to as Gluco-K. It’s one of the only few clinically proven ingredients to aid weight loss. In fact, it's the only ingredient to be officially recognised by the EU Commission which contributes towards helping us lose weight.

- Empty the Slimshotz sachet into a dry cup or glass
- Add 150ml cold water
- Stir continually, shake or blend (depending on your preference)
- Drink immediately unless you like a more jellied drink
