These terms apply to the "Show Us Your Morning Routine" prize draw ("the Promotion") run by Clubwell Ltd.

1. How to enter
1.1 To enter, post a photo of something that forms part of your morning routine in theClub group within the Clubwell app during the entry period.
1.2 Entry is free and no purchase is necessary.
1.3 You need a Clubwell app account to enter, which is free to create.
1.4 One entry per person. If you post more than one photo, only your first eligible entry counts.
2. Entry period
2.1 Entries open at 00:01 BST on Friday 10 July 2026.
2.2 Entries close at 23:59 BST on Thursday 16 July 2026. Any entry received after this time will not be counted.
3. Who can enter
3.1 The Promotion is open to UK residents aged 18 or over.
3.2 Employees of Clubwell Ltd, their immediate families, and anyone else professionally connected with the Promotion are not eligible to enter.
4. The prize
4.1 One winner will receive one Green⁵ bundle.
4.2 The prize is non-transferable and there is no cash alternative. The Promoter may substitute a prize of equal or greater value if the stated prize becomes unavailable.
4.3 The prize will be delivered to a UK address only.
5. Winner selection and notification
5.1 The winner will be selected at random from all eligible entries on Friday 17 July 2026.
5.2 The winner will be contacted via the Clubwell app or the contact details associated with their account within 3 days of the draw.
5.3 If the winner cannot be contacted or does not respond within 14 days of the first notification, the Promoter reserves the right to withdraw the prize and select an alternative winner at random.
5.4 The name and county of the winner can be requested by writing to the Promoter for 4 weeks after the closing date.
6. Use of entries
6.1 By entering, you confirm that the photo you submit is your own, that you have the right to share it, and that it does not include any other identifiable person who has not agreed to appear in it.
6.2 By entering, you grant Clubwell Ltd permission to feature, repost, and share your entry across Clubwell's own channels, including social media and the Clubwell app, for the purpose of running and promoting the Promotion.
6.3 Clubwell will only publish the winner's name, county, or photo with the winner's prior consent.
7. Data protection
7.1 Any personal data you provide will be used only in connection with this Promotion and will be handled in line with Clubwell's Privacy Policy.
8. General
8.1 The Promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Instagram, Meta, or any other social media platform.
8.2 The Promoter reserves the right to amend these terms or cancel the Promotion where circumstances beyond its reasonable control make this necessary.
8.3 The Promoter's decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
8.4 These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
8.5 By entering, you accept these terms and conditions.
