Step 1: Shake control solution bottle thoroughly before use and allow it to reach room temperature.
Step 2: Turn meter on and insert a new test strip.
Step 3: Squeeze the control solution bottle gently and discard first drop. Squeeze a second small drop out onto a clean non-absorbent surface
Step 4: Touch the test strip tip to the control solution drop and ensure sample is sufficient.
Step 5: Read the results from the meter display.
